Proceedings information

Proceedings of the meeting will be published by the World Scientific Publishing Company.

The deadline for receipt of manuscripts is Friday June 20, 2025.

Speakers delivering 30-min talks are limited to a maximum of 9 manuscript pages.
Poster presenters are limited to a maximum of 5 manuscript pages.

Please prepare your contribution to the proceedings with LaTeX, using the following special World Scientific files:

ws-cpt25.tex (LaTeX source file, contains formatting instructions, can be used as a template for your contribution)
ws-procs9x6-cpt25.cls (style file called by the source file)
ws-procs-fig1.eps (sample eps figure file called by the instructions source file)
ws-cpt25.pdf (pdf output of the instructions source file)

To get and save these files, click on each of the above links and if necessary click "File" and "Save As..." on your browser. Depending on your browser configuration for file saving and whether you are right- or left-clicking, you may then need to rename some of the files as above.

Warning: these files are modified for the CPT'25 proceedings, so please use them rather than other versions you may already have.

Any figures in your contribution must be black and white or grayscale and must be embedded using the commands shown in the source file.

Your completed LaTeX file should be sent by email to ralehner at iu.edu. Please send it as an attachment, as otherwise it may arrive encoded.

If you include figures, please prepare a single zip or tar file containing the LaTeX file and all the figures. The zip or tar file should be sent by email to the same address. If you don't have zip or tar capabilities or if the total size of all figures exceeds 5M, please send each figure in a separate email.

After acceptance of your contribution by the Editor, you will be requested to submit your complete LaTeX file, the ws-procs9x6-cpt25.cls style file, and any figure files to the arXiv manuscript archive. Please either submit to the hep-ph section of the arXiv or, if you submit to another section, please be sure to cross list to hep-ph. In the comments field on the metadata page, please include the phrase: "Presented at the Tenth Meeting on CPT and Lorentz Symmetry, Bloomington, Indiana, May 15-19, 2025" so that your contribution can be included in online listings for the CPT'25 meeting.
